ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue seeking direction to the respondent to produce her daughter, namely, Mohana, before this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the custody of the detenue has been secured and custody has been handed over to the petitioner / father of the detenue.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
