This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 233 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.1602 of 2025 on the file of the learned Principal Special Court for EC & NDPS Act, Chennai, dated 23.04.2025.
2. There are no serious objections on behalf of the respondents.
3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusing the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.
