This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent Police to register an FIR based upon the complaint given by the petitioner dated 14.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that in respect of this dispute, proceedings under Section 107 Cr.P.C., have been initiated in Crime No.957 of 2015 against both the parties and the same is pending on the file of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tahsildar, Periamet and similarly, proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., was initiated in Crime No.958 of 2015 against both the parties and the same is pending on the file of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Periamet. In view of pendency of these proceedings, no positive direction can be given to the respondent Police to register an FIR.

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
