It is seen from the records and also from the representation of the learned counsel for the Applicant that though the matter was referred to Mediation and again subsequently, it was posted back before the Court. This Court also granted an interim order on 21.08.2024, restraining the release of the Film.

3. Today, there is no representation for the respondent. The interim order granted by this Court on 21.08.2024 is made absolute.
