M/S Arudra Engineering Pvt Ltd, Represented By Its Managing Director Mr.R.Natraj, v. M/S Pathanjali Ayurved Ltd, Represented By Its Director

A.Nos. 1534 & 1535 of 2020 in C.S.No.163 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., These two applications have been filed by the plaintiff seeking to amend long and short cause title in the plaint and in the statement of the address and also amend the name of the plaintiff in O.A.No.258 of 2020. This amendment is required since in the plaint and in the application, the plaintiff has been described as Arudra Engineering Pvt. Ltd. It is however stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present application that, the correct name of the plaintiff is Arudra Engineers Pvt. Ltd.

2. In view of the fact that by this amendment, there is absolutely no change in the cause of action and the identify of the plaintiff remains the same, both the applications are allowed.

3. Registry is directed to carryout necessary amendments in the long and short cause title of the plaint and in the statement of 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
