This petition is filed to relax the conditions imposed in the order dated 09.12.2024, which requires the petitioner to appear before the concerned NDPS Court every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., in Crl.M.P.No.17408 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25783 of 2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.17408 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25783 of 2024, dated 09.12.2024 that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
