This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2906 of 2016 dated 03.03.2016 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is doing business under the name and style of R.S.Yarns & Power Pvt. Ltd., at Tiruppur. Since he finds it very difficult to comply with the condition, he seeks modification. 3 Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2906 of 2016 on 03.03.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00am for a period of one week and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
