Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the fair and decretal order dated 21.12.2015 made in I.A.No.1289 of 2015 in O.S.No.244 of 2010 on the file of I Additional District Court, Salem. Pending Civil Revision Petition, the suit in O.S.No.244 of 2010 has been decreed and hence, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.

appearing for the petitioners, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
