The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner has made a submission that the negotiations by the management with Labour Union are scheduled to be held on today i.e.06.09.2017.

2. The respondents are directed to consider the written objections / suggestions given by the petitioner-Union while conducting the negotiation session.

3. The learned Standing Counsel, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, is directed to inform this order to the respondents immediately, so as to consider the objections / suggestions submitted by the petitioner-Union.

4. With these observations, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, no order as to costs.
