(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". 2.This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.4462 of 2020 in H.C.P.No.1020 of 2020 dated 15.07.2020 by a further period of ten days from 22.07.2020 to 01.08.2020.

3.Taking into consideration of the reasons stated, this Court is inclined to extend the leave period for a further period of one week. The Leave already granted by order dated 15.07.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.4462 of 2020 in H.C.P.No.1020 of 2020, is extended till 28.07.2020. The Petitioner shall surrender before the Prison on 28.07.2020 at 5 pm and he shall comply with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court on 15.07.2020. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered.
