The sole respondent reported dead on 04.01.2017 and 7 persons were already impleaded. However, one of the legal heir Mr.R.Sundarapandian, the proposed party herein was left. For including him, this petition is filed.

2.The respondent has no objection in allowing this petition.

Hence, the petition is allowed.

3.Office is directed to amend the cause title and post the matter after two weeks.
