ORDER

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.4(c) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2 lakhs to the credit of the crime number in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 by order dated 21.01.2025.

3. Since the petitioner has not made out any ground for modification, this Court is not inclined to modify condition no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31184 of 2024 dated 21.01.2025.
