ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by THE HON'BLE CHIEF JUSTICE) Learned Counsel for respondents pointed out that on the same grievance, some other affected parties approached the National Green Tribunal, which passed interim directions, and remedial measures have been taken. Now, the dumping is stopped and the area is stated to be cleared.

2.The aforesaid statement is taken on record and the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
