Petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition seeking approval of her appointment as Junior Assistant in the 4th Respondent School with effect from 11.01.2019, in the light of the proposal dated 08.03.2019 submitted by the 4th Respondent/School.

2. According to the Petitioner, she was appointed as Junior Assistant on 11.01.2019 in the 4th Respondent Higher Secondary School and she is working without salary in anticipation of approval of her appointment from the Education Department. The 4th Respondent/School has forwarded a proposal letter dated 08.03.2019 to the 3rd Respondent herein for approval. Since no order has been passed as on date, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

3. Heard Mr.P.Ganesan, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.P.Raja, learned Government Advocate appearing for Respondents 1 to 3.

4. In view of the limited prayer sought for by the Petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd Respondent herein is directed to consider the proposal dated 08.03.2019 sent by the 4th Respondent/School as regards approval of the Petitioner's appointment, and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
