This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in Crime No.3 of 2011 on the file of the first respondent police.
Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2011 was completed and the final report in C.C.No.457 of 2012 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvotriyur and the petitioners were acquitted on 21.08.2015.
