Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.31064/G2/2014 dated 17.06.2015 and the consequential order passed by the third respondent in his Proceedings in Na.Ka.No.833/A4/2015 dated 18.06.2015 and quash the same and direct the respondents to continue the recognition of the petitioner school and permit the petitioner to shift the petitioner school from Maradi, Uppiliyapuram Union to Perumal Malai Adivaram, Thuraiyur Union.
