ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is filed to condone the delay of 31 days in filing the appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner. Mr.R.Rajagopalan, learned counsel, who appeared for the respondent, takes notice.
3. We have heard on prayer for condonation of delay. Considering the short period of delay and also the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay. The delay is accordingly condoned and this application is allowed.
