This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members for the peaceful enjoyment of the above said land on the basis of the complaint dated 21.03.2023.

Earlier petition seeking police protection was closed, since there was no necessity for the same. Now, if any fresh necessity for police protection arise, the petitioner shall make a fresh complaint and the same may be considered by the respondent police in accordance with law. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
