This matter is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing mode.

2. This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct the respondents herein to take further action based upon his representation dated 27.5.2020.

3. The case of the petitioner is as follows: She is running a small shop for selling household articles as well as milk and other items at Neydungal Village, Kaveripattinam, Krishagiri District. After the Government has permitted to run the shops in the petitioner's area pursuant to the earlier lock down due to Covid-19, the petitioner opened her shop in the month of April, 2020 and however, under the guise of inspection, the Block Development Medical https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officers and Health Supervisor inspected the shop and collected money from the petitioner and issued receipt as if it is a donation. The said persons are under the direct control of the 3rd respondent, who are not entitled to collect the said money from the petitioner. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has made a representation before the 3rd respondent on 27.05.2020 to take action against the erring persons. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered by the 3rd respondent so far.

4. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and decide, after hearing all the parties concerned. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.05.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
