O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 20.08.2015, both the Execution Petitions viz. E.P.No.150 of 2010 in O.S.No.173 of 2004 and E.P.No.161 of 2008 in O.S.No.578 of 2003, are pending before the same Court viz. Additional District Munsif, Vellore and hence there is no need to transfer one proceedings to another Court.

2.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
