(CRIME NO.178/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.O.P.No.8833 of 2021 order dated 15.06.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8833 of 2022 dated 15.06.2021 to execute the sureties before the concerned Court.

2. The petitioner has not complied the anticipatory bail condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2021. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks one week time to comply this order.

3. Though the order was passed nearly 10 months ago, this being the matter pertains to the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 506(i) IPC.

4. Taking note of the undertaking given by the counsel for the petitioner that the condition will be complied within a week, time for compliance is extended till 16.05.2022. No further extension will be granted.
