O R D E R

This transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case pending on the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Mayiladuthurai in HMOP No.216 of 2016 and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court at Cuddalore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection to transfer the HMOP No.216 of 2016 pending on the file of Principal Subordinate Court at Mayiladuthurai to the file of Principal Subordinate Court at Cuddalore and also prayed for early disposal .

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the petition in HMOP No.216 of 2016 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai and transferred to the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore. The Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to HMOP No.216 of 2016 to the file of Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Principal Subordinate Court, Cuddalore, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the said records.

5. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
