C O M M O N O R D E R These Contempt Petitions have been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents 1 to 5 for their willful disobedience to the Common Order of this Court dated 25.04.2019 made in W.P. Nos.20233, 20231, 20232, 20238, 20234, 20235, 20237 & 20236 of 2008 respectively.

When the matters were called, Mr.R.Syed Mustafa, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the Common Order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

However, Dr.Fr.A.Xavier Arul Raj, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that the Common Order of this Court has not been complied with fully and the petitioners have not yet received the salary.

In reply, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the Common Order of this Court dated

25.04.2019 made in W.P. Nos.20233, 20231, 20232, 20238, 20234, 20235, 20237 & 20236 of 2008 will be duly complied with in its full letter and spirit shortly.
