The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5615 of 2025 dated 28.02.2025 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders, is relaxed. 4.
