This Court by an order dated 06.06.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.7565 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.858 of 2024 while granting bail to the petitioner imposed a condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e., first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The present petition has been filed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-Police and perused the materials available on record.
4. Since this Court is inclined to take up the main revision petition itself for final disposal, this miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
