W.M.P.No.14658 of 2021 in W.P.No.27120 of 2018 P.N.PRAKASH, J and R.N.MANJULA, J [Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] It is seen that the petitioner K.S.Jagannathan died on 04.10.2020 during the pendency of the main case in W.P.No.27120 of 2018.

2. This miscellaneous petition has been filed for substituting the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner K.S.Jagannathan, in his place.

This petition is allowed and the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner K.S.Jagannathan viz., K.J.Sumathi (wife), S.J.Viswanathan (son) and J.Nithyasree (daughter), are substituted in the place of the deceased petitioner K.S.Jagannathan.
