This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to quash the order dated 10.02.2016 in Na.Ka.No.1834/A1/2015, and to direct the third respondents to pay all the revised duty period arrears including revision of gratuity to the petitioner.

The learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that there is no provision to pay duty arrears and that the petitioner is entitled only for the pension benefits as per G.O.Ms.No.207 dated 30.09.2008. The learned counsel for the second respondent is present and submitted that the petitioner is entitled for pensionary benefits and which according to the learned Additional Government Pleader was already granted.
