ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed by the X Assistant City Civil Judge, dated 05.03.2019 in E.P.No.2140 of 2018 in O.S.No.8011 of 2011.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 13.01.2022, this Court passed the following order:
Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners has produced before this Court the letter she has received from the Office of Director General of Police / Commissioner of Police, Greater Chennai Corporation, Vepery, Chennai, about the status regarding disbursement of compensation. It is stated that a sum of Rs.2,11,542/- has been arrived at by way of compensation payable to the respondent. It is further stated that the Commissioner of Police is expecting orders from the Government within a short time.
2. Since the revision petitioners have given status report to the satisfaction of this Court, this Civil Revision Petition is adjourned by 2/4
four weeks. 31.01.2022."
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the petitioners produced the proceedings in E.P.No.2140 of 2018, dated 10.10.2022 and it is seen that a full satisfaction memo has been filed and recorded and E.P., itself has been terminated. 3.In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this Civil Revision Petition, except recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader and this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly.
