O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Contempt Petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the orders of this Court dated 12.09.2023 made in W.P.No.25193 of 2023.

2. A compliance affidavit has been filed by the 3rd respondent, stating that the order of this Court has been complied with. Relevant Paragraph Nos.7 to 9 of the report has been extracted hereunder: "7. I respectfully submit that, the delay in complying with the orders of this Hon'ble Court occurred only due to Banana Cultivation done by the Encroacher on the field and based on the request of the encroachers only a portion of encroachments was evicted waiting for the harvest period and also, due to conduct of General Election to Lok Sabha - 2024.

8. All Encroachment was evicted on 24.10.2024 by the Tahsildar, Mettupalayam as per the orders of the Hon'ble High Court dated 12.09.2023 and 22.10.2024 and the details are as follows:
