This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 4782 days in filing the above Cros.Obj.SR.No.65581 of 2016.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In this case, the appeal is yet to be disposed of. In the meanwhile, Cross Objection has been filed with a delay of 4782 days and to condone the said delay, the above petition has been filed.

4. This Court has perused the affidavit filed by the petitioner and satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the appeal is pending, cross objection also has to be disposed of along with the appeal. Hence, the delay of 4782 days in filing the above Cros.Obj.SR.No.65581 of 2016 is condoned and this Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
