Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 02.05.2018 in his office Ref.S.C.No.03/2018 against the petitioner's husband by name Masiyan S/o.Ponnusamy, aged about 46 years, now confined at Central Prison, Salem, Salem District and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the above said detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Masiyan S/o.Ponnusamy, who has been branded as "Bootlegger" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in S.C.No.03/2018 dated 02.05.2018. Such order is under challenge herein.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in S.C.No.03/2018 dated 02.05.2018 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.2462, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XV) Department, dated 13.06.2018 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
