This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 4th respondent to register the complaint dated 04.01.2015 pending on the file of the 4th respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.13 of 2015 before the fourth respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the fourth respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered and take action in accordance with law.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
