This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 25.04.2023 made in W.P.No.8743 of 2023. 1/3

2.Since the respondents provided only 100 sq.ft. of land to the petitioner, which is not sufficient for the petitioner to lead a normal life, this Court vide order dated 25.04.2023 made in W.P.No.8743 of 2023 directed the law enforcing agency to ensure that the petitioner is provided with another 100 sq.ft. Since the said order was not complied with, the petitioner filed this contempt. This Court issued statutory notice to the respondents on 21.06.2024 and since they did not appear before this Court, this Court issued non bailable warrant as against the respondents on 19.07.2024. On execution of the non bailable warrant, the respondents appeared before this Court today. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after ascertaining the area, car park which was annexed with the first respondent's house was again renovated and it was made as a hall and 300 sq.ft was provided to the petitioner.
