This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2025 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 02.01.2025 was disposed of by the third respondent vide order dated 03.04.2025 and that the matter has now become infructuous and nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.
