has an extent of 33.09 sq.m, as per petitioner's application submitted to the second respondent.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking for survey and demarcation of the boundaries for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
2.The petitioner has failed to file online application to enable the respondents to consider petitioner's request to survey and demarcate the boundaries for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
3.Learned counsel for the petitioner on instruction would submit that the petitioner is willing to submit an online application with the 3rd respondent seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the 3rd respondent, if the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh online application seeking for survey and demarcation of boundaries and if a direction is issued to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's online application, on merits and in accordance with law and thereafter, if possible survey and demarcate the boundaries as requested by the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's request for survey and demarcation of the boundaries for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition. 6.For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the petitioner to submit a fresh online application for survey and demarcation of boundaries for the property more fully described in the prayer to this writ petition, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said online application within the stipulated time, the 3rd respondent shall consider the said application on merits and in accordance with law and if legally possible, survey and demarcate the boundaries as requested by the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring
land owners and any other third party, whom the 3rd respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks thereafter.
