ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in 7(b) the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at Page No.1 of 4

10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.3749 of 2025 vide order dated 14.02.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the final report has also been filed.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3749 of 2025 dated 14.02.2025 is relaxed.
