When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the trial in C.C.No.109 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court, Palladam, has been completed on 16.02.2026 and that the petitioners have been acquitted, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
