This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to comply the order dated 04.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.2997/2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai and register the complaint of the petitioner dated 17.07.2019.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tiruvannamalai by an order dated 04.12.2019 in Crl.MP.No.2997 of 2019 under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., the third respondent has conducted detailed enquiry and found that no prima facie material to register the case and thereafter closed. He further submitted that the closure report was also filed before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate on 17.11.2020.

3. Considering the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the third respondent is directed to serve copy of the closure report to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
