This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to file FIR based on the complaint dated 26.07.2015 and proceed against Mr.Socrates and Mr.Kinglsy and proceed in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that both complaints were enquired into and closed. In the complaint in CSR No.564 of 2015, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 07.08.2015 and in other complaint, petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 07.08.2015. 4. In view of the above, the criminal original petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
