Application Nos.5490 to 5493 of 2014 R.MAHADEVAN, J.

By order, dated 06.11.2014, this Court appointed an Advocate Commissioner to seize and possess four vehicles in question. He was paid a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) as initial remuneration.

2. Pursuant to the warrant of commission issued by this Court to seize the vehicles, today, it is represented by the Advocate Commissioner that he has seized the vehicles. He has also filed a report and memo claiming additional remuneration before this Court.

3. Recording the fact that four vehicles have been seized, this application is closed. It is made clear that if there is any claim for settlement made by the respondent to the applicant, the same shall be considered sympathetically. 4.Today, learned Advocate Commissioner has sought for additional remuneration. Considering the same, a further sum of Rs.............../- (Rupees ...... Thousand only) is directed to be paid by the applicant as additional remuneration within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Advocate Commissioner shall stand discharged.

The vehicles shall not be alienated or altered or encumbered without further orders from this Court or the Arbitrator or until the completion of the Arbitration Proceedings and if award is passed, the applicant shall be at liberty to proceed as per law. The Arbitration Proceedings, if not already initiated, should be initiated within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
