ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner Page No.1 of 4

Crl.O.P.No.2162 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for twenty days and thereafter, he has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2162 of 2025 dated 30.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
