Learned counsel appearing for the respondents opposed the petition filed for condonation of delay.

We have perused the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. The delay is also not huge.

Prima facie, there are issues to be considered in the appeal.

In view of the above, the delay of 120 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
