This petition has been filed for the appointment of the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the petitioner and the respondents arising out of Share Purchase Agreement dated 11/12/2013 and claims more particularly set out in the Arbitration Notice issued by the petitioner on 7/1/2020.
