The petitioner resides at Pondicherry. Hence, she has filed this petition to transfer GOP.No.115 of 2014 to Pondicherry. 3.

Heard both sides.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed by transferring the GOP.No.115 of 2014 on the file of the District Judge, Salem, to the file of the Family Court, Pondicherry.
