O R D E R

The petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to consider the representation dated 16.02.2015 of the petitioners and absorb them into the services of the Board as per the report dated 13.02.2015 of the fourth respondent.

2.Even though the petitioners have submitted their representation to the respondents 1 to 3 dated 16.02.2015, the respondents 1 to 3 have not taken any action to dispose of the same, which prompted the petitioners to move this Court for the above direction.

3.Considering the limited scope of prayer, the respondents 1 to 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 16.02.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioners herein and after conducting enquiry, within a period of six weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
