ORDER

This matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 27.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.7594 of 2026 grants bail to the petitioner, the concerned satisfaction court was erroneously mentioned as the "learned Judicial Magistrate Ambatur-Tirupathur District", instead of the "learned Judicial Magistrate Ambur-Tirupathur District", due to an inadvertent typographical error. Accordingly, the Paragraph No.7 in the order dated 27.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.7594 of 2026, is modified as follows: "7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on their executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only), with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ambur-Tirupathur District, and subject to the following conditions: "

4. In view of the above, the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections by substituting the revised Paragraph No.7 in place of the original and to issue a fresh order copy forthwith.
