O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed against the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.2041 of 2017, dated 30.01.2017.

2. Mr.D.Suriyanarayanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner was considered by the respondents. He has also produced a copy of the order dated 25.07.2019, passed by the Revenue Tahsildar, Srimushnam Taluk, Cuddalore District.

3. In the light of the above facts, the Contempt Petition is closed. However, granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
