This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the revision petition against the order in Crl.A.No.20 of 2021 dated 30.01.2024 by the Court of Sessions Judge of Magalir Neethimandram (FTMC), Udhagamandalam, The Nilgiris.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 310 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
