O.A.Nos.336 and 337 of 2023 in C.S. (Comm. Div.)No.89 of 2023 ABDUL QUDDHOSE.J., In view of the deletion of the name of the defendant Nos.5, 6 and 7 from the array of defendants in the suit, O.A.Nos.336 and 337 of 2023 has to be closed since the relief sought for in those applications are only against the defendant Nos.5, 6 and 7.

Accordingly, O.A.Nos.336 and 337 of 2023 are closed. However, liberty is granted to file similar application seeking the relief against the contesting defendant Nos.5, 6 and 7 in case defendant Nos.5, 6 and 7 continued to list the infringed product of the plaintiff in the near future.
