W.M.P.No.12751 of 2019 in W.P.No.16260 of 2008 V.M.VELUMANI, J., The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that earlier on 29.06.2018 the Writ Petition was dismissed for non-prosecution and on the application of the petitioner, the Writ Petition was restored to file. Again due to the non-appearance of the petitioner, on 25.01.2019, the Writ Petition was dismissed for default and now, the petitioner has come out with the present Miscellaneous Petition to restore the same. The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent further submitted that he is ready to argue the matter in the Writ Petition.

2.In view of the same, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the Writ Petition is restored to file. Registry is directed to list W.P.No.16260 of 2008 on 26.08.2019.
